Background Education as Undergraduate students or Fresh graduate of any majors;

No minimum experience as Admin Sales / Sales Officer or equivalent;

Responsibility for handling sales monthly report to Sales Manager;

Maximum 25 y.o with High Motivation, initiative & Confidence;

Getting used to do research / data analyst in sales monthly;

Location : Jatinegara, East Jakarta

Handling incoming goods for refunds, unboxing, and documentation, among other responsibilities.

Currently pursuing a minimum of a Diploma (D3) education level.

Recording attendance of field representatives, tracking the utilization of resources, and team expenditures (reimbursements/budgeting).

Reviewing and verifying transactions with vendors/enablers.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Google Documents.

Adeptness and willingness to learn about the company and its products.

Support subscription team organize monthly promo program for TJP's product (both print and digital).

Analyzing and maintain database TJP's subscription performance and customer satisfaction, as well as market potential.

Help subscription team's sales effort, including monitoring needs and share ideation on building partnership proposal.

Maintaining good partnership communication with community and e-commerce partner.

Handling media partnership project, including external visit to partner's invitation and coordination on full filling needs from the projects

Adaptable individuals with high motivation to learn.

Ability to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skills.

Good command of English, both written and verbal communication skills are a plus.

Assist in data entry for WP PLN.

Complete invoices for shipped products for the finance department.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

Highly motivated and target-oriented individual with attention to detail.

Currently pursuing Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Management

Have a good communication skills and comfortable with working in a team

Responsible in reviewing, analyzing transactions and give recommendation to avoid and resolve problems in system, dispute payment documents, etc.

Able to join 6 months internship period (1 July - 31 December 2023)

Fluent in English will be advantage

Well planned, organized, and committed to learning

- You will assist online sales communication from messenger platform

- Conduct research from current sales pipeline and focus on developing

- Last year student from reputable university. Proficiency in Excel.

- Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve

Well Oriented Details Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Recording/Data Entry of incoming and outgoing stock

Proven experience in managing sales administration functions, including managing sales data, creating reports, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments.

Experience in sales support position in similar industry will be a plus

Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Data entry and management; customer master data.

Have experience as Admin (previous experience in sales admin is highly preferred);

Detail-oriented and good communication skills;

Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.

Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
