Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Administrasi Bisnis, Management, atau jurusan yang relevan

Berkoordinasi dengan Finance untuk melakukan pembayaran tepat waktu

Memastikan vendor yang dipilih harus tepat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan semua vendor

Memastikan setiap pembelian sudah di setujui oleh manajemen

Memastikan barang yang diterima sesuai dengan pesanan, kondisi baik, masih tersegel, dan tepat waktu

Memberikan informasi terkini mengenai status pembelian barang dan jasa kepada bagian terkait

Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

Bachelor majoring in Management or appropriate

Manages schedules, arranges assignments, prepares action plans, analyzes risks/opportunities, gathers necessary resources and communicates progress to team members;

Responsible to set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of a project;

Experienced as Logistics officer min 2 years

Experience working in Logistics/Manufacturing companies

Minimum 1 year of experience

Checking and sending the final logistic arrival information report of cross-border goods to cooperating company (Shopee crossborder Inbound report)

Checking and approving the arrangement of failed delivery crossborder returning goods to cooperating company (Shopee Crossborder return parcel’s report)

Handling stock-opname related to Company Assets

Controlling and Monitoring Goods using SAP

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field is required with a minimum GPA of 3,00

Receive a PO from the restaurant before the goods are sent.

Ensure that the product ordered is in accordance with the restaurant's needs based on the restaurant's stock data.

Provide confirmation of delivery to the logistics (accompanied by a letter of travel) and ensure the product is received.

Check the stock of each warehouse on a regular basis.

Make a PO to the supplier if the product is less than the restaurant usage.

Ensure that products sent to suppliers are received by the relevant warehouse.

Process new requisition from vessel or user within 1 working day

Prepare vendors comparison data for each requisition with details

Submit data to assigned purchasing coordinator for approval

Ensure all payment are made on time

Ensure all items are ready to deliver and reach the destination safely an right on time
