Oversee and manage the general finance and accounting function, including but not limited to : AP, AR, and general ledger

Preferable has at least 1 year of working experience in accounting team and manufacturing industry

Support for semesterly stock taking event

Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accountancy or equivalent (min.GPA 3.0)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Macro)/ Visual Basic (VB)

Proficient in reading, writing & speaking English

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting / finance / tax

Work experience in a public accounting firm or proficiency in using macros would be preferred

Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Accounting

Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-Menghitung, mencocokan data penjualan dengan uang bank yang masuk (cek pertama, second check oleh accountant)

-Menyampaikan SO grosir/ semi grosir (manual) ke tim Gudang

-Mengajukan patty cash ongkir dan kebutuhan yang mendukung penjualan ke perusahaan (Accounting)

-Mengajukan dana marketing (Refill TopAds Tokopedia dan Shopee, dll) via patty cash ke accounting

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor majoring in Accounting, Finance, Tax or equivalent from reputable university

At least in similar positions, from public accounting firm, energy, infrastructures/utilities company background would be an advantage

Responsible the financial systems in place and manage all aspects of the company’s financial systems in accordance with agreed policies

Prepare overall financial report include communicate and coordinate report to Accounting & Manager Head

Minimum 3+ years of experience with experience leading the Accounting Department

Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Candidates with CFA, CPA, CAIA, or Brevet Certification will be viewed favorably

• Candidates with relevant experience in FnB Accounting, audit internal, fund accounting will be viewed favorably

• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statement

• Coordinate and lialise with internal division (purchasing, supply chain & operation) to support transaction activities

Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 Accounting, TAX

Mampu membuat ekualisasi pajak bulanan

Mampu menghitung pajak badan perusahaan

Manage AR and AP schedule, post invoices, and record payments

Minimum 2 years Accounting work experiences

Experience in using accounting software (Preferably Xero)

Completed month-end close procedures, including preparation of monthly accrual journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux variance analysis of operating results

Prepare a BS schedule on a monthly basis
