Monitor the daily performance of the Finance & Accounting unit.

Bachelor’s degree in or above in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.

Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP, Odoo, etc)

Prepare the company's financial reports periodically.

Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Mencatat dan menjurnal system yang ada terhadap rekapan atas pusat

- Melakukan pengecekan terhadap laporan stock

Minimal 2-3 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax. Preferably having experience in beauty, retail, and start-up industry

Have deep understanding and experiences related to Accounting, Finance, and Taxes

Reporting to Accounting, Finance, and Tax Manager

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Prior working in Big 4 is a plus

Update with the newest PSAK and Tax regulation

Create financial data and reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as client, bank, investors, potential investor, and tax authorities.

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

Ensure all journal or posted accounts comply with the Chart of Account (COA).

Works with other departments to monitor each department.

Minimal 5 Tahun Pengalaman Kerja di Bidang Expor Impor dan pemasaran

Menguasai Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut

Bachelor’s degree in finance management, accounting, mathematic, or statistic is preferable

Good problem-solving and time management skills

2 years of finance and accounting experience will be an advantage

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong numeracy and analytical skills

Manage and monitor the transaction process and reconcile the company receivable balances, check and verify bank account reconciliation data

Support the Finance Director to oversee and manage the Company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

Risk management functions such as foreign exchange risk.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and/or accounting/tax environment, preferably in an international company.

Proficient in the use of MS Office. Knowledge and experience with Navision accounting software is a plus.
