Accounting and Finance Manager (f/m/d)

The position will be based in Bandar Lampung / Indonesia and reports directly to the Finance Director.

Your responsibilities

• Supervision of daily transactions including approval and authorization of payments.
• Preparation and oversee for compliance, timely and accurate submission of monthly and annual tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Support the Finance Director to oversee and manage the Company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Oversee and review the work perform by the Accounting and Finance team.
• Collaboration with other department heads to support company's business growth.
• Key person in liaison with external stakeholder (tax office, banking, actuary, law consultant, accounting software provider, etc.).
• Key person in liaison with internal stakeholder (regional & head office) for finance & accounting/ tax.
• Key person in liaison with external auditor and tax consultant especially during tax audit.
• Risk management functions such as foreign exchange risk.
• Any other tasks and project as assigned.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to local GAAP, group financial packages according to IFRS, and other informational reports/analysis of result and ensure for timely and accurate delivery/submission of reporting.
• Preparation of annual OH budget and production costing, including control, analysis of variances and cost optimization.

Your profile

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and/or accounting/tax environment, preferably in an international company.
• Integrity, credibility, commitment, pro-active, team oriented, self-confident, intelligent, ability to work under tight deadline.
• Leadership potential is essential. Attention to detail & deadline and keep confidentiality.
• Having experience on commodity is a plus.
• Degree holder, in Accounting or Tax.
• English & Bahasa Indonesia proficiency in both writing and verbal.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office. Knowledge and experience with Navision accounting software is a plus.
