Bersama Manager FA merencanakan dan mengkoordinasikan penyusunan anggaran perusahaan serta mengontrol realisasi penggunaan anggaran.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi Supervisor Finance & Accounting

Melakukan fungsi pengawasan transaksi keuangan guna memastikan semua proses dan transaksi keuangan dijalankan sesuai SOP perusahaan.

Mengurus approval klaim biaya operasional pabrik dan permintaan kas kecil.

Menganalisa biaya pabrik & COGM mingguan & bulanan.

Membuat laporan daily tenaga kerja, efisiensi biaya di pabrik, beserta analisanya.

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax as Supervisor

Detail oriented and time management

Responsible in monitoring administration process running smoothly in Finance and Accounting Department

Establish finance and accounting policies and procedures to align with company's goal

Manage the accounting function in processing data and information to produce financial reports needed by the company accurately and on time.

Advance computer skills (Ms.Office, Accounting software, database, spreedsheet)

At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance or Accounting

Business partner with commercial manager, provide financial inputs

Be responsible for full sets of accounts

Lead monthly closing, is hands on with AP, AR, inventory functions

Lead budget exercise, liaise with tax and audit, coordinating with regional teams

Familiar with Accounting Software, able to implement systems and drive system improvement projects
