About Us Our client is one of the biggest Public Bank company in Indonesia Indonesian state-owned bank. It has branches primarily in Indonesia, but also found in Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and New York. It had 1000 branches and over 9 million customers in 2006.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of release management controls and address any identified gaps.
• Lead a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
• Collaborate with various teams, including application development, database administration, network operations, and security, to ensure smooth release processes and minimize downtime.
• Vendor Management:
• Evaluate and select vendors, contractors, and service providers for infrastructure-related projects and services.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with infrastructure releases and design changes, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
• Communicate release plans, status updates, and impacts to relevant stakeholders, including executive management, business units, and IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies in all infrastructure releases and design activities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define infrastructure specifications, and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Establish and enforce release management processes, standards, and controls to minimize risks and disruptions to banking operations.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the banking industry to drive innovation and optimize infrastructure design.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to define release schedules, coordinate deployments, and manage change requests.
• Release Coordination:
• Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to negotiate favorable terms and ensure cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate and facilitate the release planning, including identifying dependencies, scheduling resources, and managing priorities.
• Release Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive release management strategy for IT infrastructure systems, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.
• Infrastructure Design:
• Lead the design and architecture of IT infrastructure systems, aligning them with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of banking infrastructure technologies, such as core banking systems, network infrastructure, data centers, and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management practices specific to the banking industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure release management and design in the banking industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of release management processes, methodologies, and tools.
