Video Production Assistant Jobs

As a Production Assistant within the Video Production Division of an esports company, you will work closely with the production team to produce high-quality video content for the company's online platforms. You will assist in various aspects of the video production process, from planning to filming to post-production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other members of the video production team to ensure that all aspects of a project are executed smoothly and professionally.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts for video content, including brainstorming ideas and contributing to scriptwriting.
• Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including setting up equipment, preparing props and backdrops, and coordinating talent and crew.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production, and make recommendations to improve the quality and efficiency of the company's video content.
• Help maintain and organize production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a video production role or related field is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with esports and gaming culture, with a passion for the industry.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in video production, camera operation, and video editing software.
