Trading & Customs Clearance Supervisor

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is looking for a Trading & Customs Compliance Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible, with details as below:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for import & export customs HSCode classification and study related regulation & policies compliance.

2. Responsible for clarifying the customs & market requirements for import commodities, and support product lines expanding.

3. Responsible for daily communication with customs brokers to follow up import & export business and deal with abnormalities.

4. Enhance the ability of customs clearance, including process optimization, cost control, timeliness improvement and data analysis.

5. Responsible for service provider management, evaluate to bring in new ones and obsolesce unqualified ones.

6. Support other works and temporary tasks from leader's and cross team's.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in customs, international logistics or trading, at least 3 years of operation experience.

2. Familar with customs rules, regulations and policies with strong sence of compliance and risks

3. Familiar with transportation of sea, air, express, with experience in customs broker or freight forwarder is preferred.

4. Familiar with customs system, HSCODE classification rules, Incoterms®2020, customs on-site declaration experience is preferred.

5. Skilled in MS office and reading, writing, listening and fluency in English is required. Able to speak in Mandarin would be a plus.

6. Have clear logical thought, being insight with strong strain capacity and data analysis ability.
