Job brief :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Specialist.

The position is the first member in our legal division and has responsibility to build the team from scratch.

Responsibilities :

• Build internal legal team from scratch
• Make and review all contracts
• Handle fraud cases and solve them by collaborating 3rd parties like, police, legal firm and so on
• Create all SOP in legal division

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills and leadership
• Strong sympathy for the company mission
• More than 2 years experience in legal team of leasing or auto loan companies
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of law
• Conversational English
• Strong commitment to results, growth orientation and responsibility
• End-to-end experience to solve fraud cases in leasing or car loans field
