TALENT ACQUISITION
We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for IT / Tech Positions for our clients.
- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist especially from IT Consulting, or tech industry.
- Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
