職位概述
透過核實客人身份、付款方式,分配客房,並啟動/發放客房鑰匙,處理所有客人入住手續。根據每位客人的要求為他們設置準確的檔案。輸入「萬豪禮賞」資訊。確保房價符合市場行情,並記錄例外情況。在發放客房鑰匙之前收取擔保房費,核實/調整計費。整理和查看每日報告/日誌/應急清單。完成交班和結算報告。為客人提供路線指示和酒店資訊。滿足客人的請求,如有必要應聯繫相應的工作人員。跟進以確保滿足客人的請求。處理所有付款類型、代金券、支出和收費。結算和存放憑條。在每班開始和結束時清點和記錄收銀櫃帳目。取得手動授權並遵循所有會計程序。通知防損/安保部關於盜竊的任何一起客人報告。協助管理層培訓、評估、疏導、激勵和指導員工;樹立榜樣,並擔當公平對待之承諾/門戶開放政策流程的第一聯絡人。培養/保持積極的工作關係;支援團隊達成共同目標;傾聽並適當回應員工的問題。
遵守公司政策和程序;向經理報告事故、傷害和不安全的工作條件;完成安全培訓與認證;確保個人儀表整潔而專業;維護專有資訊的機密性;保護公司資產。歡迎和答謝客人;預期並滿足客人的服務需求;為殘障人士提供協助;感謝客人的真誠讚賞。使用清晰專業的語言與人交談;準確完整地編寫和審核文檔;採用適當的禮儀接聽電話。確保遵守品質標準。使用電腦/POS 系統輸入和查找資訊。在較長一段時間內保持站立、就坐或行走。在沒有他人協助的情況下,移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 10 磅的物體。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
