About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Provide alternative solution for purchase of goods, e.g. get a competitive price, quality, better lead time and alternative sourcing to meet the user budget and expectation.
• JDE Housekeeping (No outstanding open OR and No outstanding unmatched Invoices).
• Supervise the ordering process according to the projects needs e.g. ordering for general goods, Spare parts, Part Exchange (PEX/REMAN), Repair, Warranty, Fabrication, Labour, Testing, Calibration, etc. base on user's requirement and as per specified lead time
• APWF - Process and close all invoice monthly based on monthly target
• Implement procurement standard as per TAM Purchasing SOP and Thiess Procurement policy.
• Lead the Purchasing team and ensure them implementing the CIMIC procurement policy, TGS Purchasing process, understand the target of Lead Time PRF to OR, OR to OP, Expediting supply, maintain supply performance in Supplier DIFOT (Delivery in Full on-time).

About you

• Associate’s Degree of any major more than 5-year experience in similar role
• Spare Parts & Components of Heavy Equipment knowledge.
• On-time Delivery of Work (Ordering Lead Time performance).
• Familiar with MS Office & ERP Knowledge / Oracle JDE
• Cost analysis and evaluation
• JDE Procurement module
• Good Communication in English skill (writing & speaking)
• Good understanding in Global Purchasing Process.
