SCOPE OF ROLE:

Overall responsible to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of outlet plus food related areas, utensils and to support the preparation for operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate
• To ensure that the areas where the goods are kept are clean at all times
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties in order to maintain and keep clean food counters at all times
• Reports to the Assistant Manager/Supervisor
• To cooperate and work in a team towards development implementation

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills required
• Domicile in Denpasar, Indonesia
• Ability to use a restaurant POS software platform a plus
• Must be able to work on your feet all day
• Able to speak English
• Certificate in GCSEs or equivalent field
• Must have legible handwriting
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Server in F&B services / Hospitality Industry preferred (Fresh Graduate are willing to apply)
