Job Description
Aggregate trader will support the expansion of the aggregate business by securing aggregate quarries around Indonesia. Acquire partnerships with reliable material producers by adding additional value through their entire operation by injecting technology and offering MOQ.

Aggregate trader will support the expansion of the aggregate business by securing aggregate quarries around Indonesia. Acquire partnerships with reliable material producers by adding additional value through their entire operation by injecting technology and offering MOQ.


Responsibilities


  • Managing trading relationships with quarries around Indonesia
  • Developing competitive price.
  • Evaluating the reliability of partner quarry
  • Shortening the value chain.
  • Understanding the quarry business and creating a dependency to BRIK.
  • Introducing BRIK order system platform.
Requirements


  • Highly interested in the construction industry.
  • Able to keep up with high mobility and fast pace.
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Efficient problem solver who gets things done quickly.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to set priorities and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in mining equipment sales or aggregate sales would be a plus point.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
