Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain impeccable shopping experience for SC members with great attention to details.
  • Cross-sells the company’s products to help boost sales and profits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
  • Ensures SC member’s information is updated and accurate at all times; verifies addresses, phone numbers, email, member profiles and preferences.Reviews daily arrival report in order to identify special requests.
  • Keep the SC members updated with upcoming and ongoing promotions and special events.
  • Assists SC members with transactions and inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Provides highest VIP services standards to our Signature Club members.
  • Safeguards the confidential nature of member’s and company’s data; adheres to all policies and procedures set forth by the company to minimize risk to the business and to the members.
  • Coordinates invitations, reservations, travels for SC members to Brodo’s off-site events and activities.
  • Coordinates deliveries/ hand over gifts according to company’s policy.
  • Maintains list of SC members for tracking purposes and establishing relationship with them. Follows up with inactive SC members.


Qualifications

  • Minimum a High School Diploma
  • Must actively listen to provide optimal service tailored to guest requests.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under challenging situations.
  • Willing to travel for work.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have demonstrated ability exercising utmost discretion with confidential information including, but not limited to: credit card information and personal or financial data from customers.
  • Must be able to provide a genuine and sincere service experience in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Must have a good verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high demand environment required.
  • Must be comfortable working and speaking with the public.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management, both verbally and in writing a must.
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3 years of experience in guest services is required; must have worked directly with guests; previous experience in a Hospitality environment is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is necessary.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to critically think and analyze information with efficient solution generating skills.
