Job Description

G.A Studio Inc, an innovative game BPO company situated in the captivating surroundings of Bali, is currently seeking a vibrant and imaginative individual to join our team as a Customer Support. With a focus on triple-A game titles and a passion for unleashing fresh ideas, solving challenges, and enjoying the process, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic and fun-filled environment where we constantly strive for excellence.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Familiar with the online gaming landscape in Indonesia
  • Familiar with CRM and Ticketing system
  • Language: English (working proficiency) & Bahasa Indonesia
  • 1+ years of work experience in the video game industry


Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge in gaming, familiar with game platforms (Mobile, PC, Console).
  • Able to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia
  • Friendly to users and problem solvers


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to users' tickets, emails, inquiries, or direct messages
  • Assisting developers in communicating with users (Announcement, Dev Notes, etc.)
  • Working closely with the game developer to solve users' issues and inquiries
  • Willing to learn and play the game products
