Job Description

:

  • Ensure all permits and corporate governance processes are in accordance with regulations
  • Reviewing and designing legal agreements/contracts/documents and ensuring them in accordance with the company's internal rights and regulations
  • Conducting legal research related to all aspects that are needed company
  • Company internal laws and regulations
  • Maintain and keep company (Legal) documents and are properly recorded
  • Representing/helping to resolve company legal issues (internal/external).
  • Liaising with notaries, external consultants, other divisions within the company, and other parties third regarding matters relating to law


Requirements :

  • Have min. 3 years of experience as Legal Staff/Officer or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Good communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills
  • Willing to work with high mobility
  • Willing to be placed in Gunung Putri - Bogor.
