Job Description

JR. LEGAL OFFICER

FORMAL COMPANY LANGUAGE IS: INDONESIAN


Job responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate with related work units regarding permits that must be owned by the Group to ensure the licenses do not expire.
  • Providing legal advice, opinions, advice and legal assistance as well as having legal implications for work units that need to be associated with simple or routine transactions to ensure that Jantra Group’s interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Function as the Group’s Point-of-contact and liaison officer to legal matters such as Police, Attorney, and other government or non-government institutions.
  • Prepare and review draft agreements or letters for a routine transaction to ensure the draft agreement or letter is in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation.
  • Carry out and prepare legal documents in connection with routine corporate corporate activities to ensure the fulfillment of company obligations as stated in the Group’s articles of association.
  • Collect and process data or information needed for a case so that comprehensive data can be obtained which can strengthen the company’s legal position on the case.
  • Conduct research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to company activities and provide advice to related work units so that the company’s activities are in accordance with these laws and regulations.


Job requirement

  • Willing to learn and Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law (S1 Hukum)
  • Assertive communication, high level of self-confidence.
  • Welcome new challenges and not easily feel under pressure.
  • Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in Bahasa. (English conversational)
  • Fresh Graduate up to maximum 2 years experience in the field of corporate law
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to talk to different levels, give presentations.
  • Have good competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, and Legal Compliance


Remuneration:

  • Annual bonus: typically ranging from one to three months of the monthly salary, depending on the company policy and performance.
  • Monthly salary: typically ranging from IDR 3,200,000 to IDR 3,800,000 for fresh graduates (Malang, East Java, with possible other placement in Sukoharjo, Central Java, Yogyakarta Denpasar, Bali)
  • Allowances: such as transportation, meal, and communication allowances, which may vary depending on the company policy.

JR. LEGAL OFFICER


Tanggung jawab pekerjaan:

  • Mengumpulkan dan mengolah data atau informasi yang diperlukan atas suatu perkara sehingga diperoleh data yang komprehensif yang dapat memperkuat kedudukan hukum perusahaan atas perkara tersebut.
  • Memberikan nasihat hukum, pendapat, nasihat dan bantuan hukum serta memiliki implikasi hukum bagi unit kerja yang perlu dikaitkan dengan transaksi sederhana atau rutin untuk memastikan bahwa kepentingan Grup Jantra terpenuhi sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
  • Menyusun dan mengkaji draft perjanjian atau surat untuk transaksi rutin guna memastikan draft perjanjian atau surat tersebut telah sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
  • Memantau dan berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja terkait mengenai izin-izin yang harus dimiliki Grup untuk memastikan izin tidak kadaluarsa.
  • Melakukan penelitian dan analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan perusahaan dan memberikan saran kepada unit kerja terkait agar kegiatan perusahaan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut.
  • Melaksanakan dan menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen hukum sehubungan dengan kegiatan korporasi rutin perusahaan untuk memastikan pemenuhan kewajiban perusahaan sebagaimana tercantum dalam anggaran dasar Grup.


Kualifikasi Kandidat:

  • Gelar Sarjana Hukum (S1 Hukum) minimal.
  • Kemampuan untuk berbicara dengan berbagai tingkatan, memberikan presentasi.
  • Sifat energetik dan antusias.
  • Fresh Graduate hingga pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun di bidang hukum korporat.
  • Komunikasi yang tegas, tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (lisan & tertulis) dalam Bahasa Indonesia. (Inggris percakapan)
  • Selalu menyambut tantangan baru dan tidak mudah merasa tertekan.
  • Bersedia untuk belajar dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Mempunyai kompetensi yang baik dalam Pembuatan Dokumen Hukum, Analisis Hukum, Riset Hukum, dan Kepatuhan Hukum.

Penghasilan:

  • Tunjangan: seperti tunjangan transportasi, makan, dan komunikasi, yang dapat bervariasi tergantung pada kebijakan perusahaan.
  • Bonus tahunan: biasanya berkisar antara satu hingga tiga bulan gaji bulanan, tergantung pada kebijakan dan kinerja perusahaan.
  • Gaji bulanan: biasanya berkisar antara IDR 3,200,000 hingga IDR 3,800,000 untuk lulusan baru (Malang, Jawa Timur, dengan kemungkinan penempatan lain di Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta, Denpasar, Bali)
