Shipping Division Manager - Retails

About The Company
Our client is a large listed group within fast paced Retail industry sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced shipping manager to increase their operations
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming products and ensure it delivers and ship on time to the warehouse
• Complete changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency
• Weekly report of the goods movement
• End to end shipping process
• Manage and schedule the shipping of products
• Direct movement of products to storage and work areas
• Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Compile records of unfilled orders

Key Requirements

• Strong in leadership skills
• Minimum 10 years of experience in shipping and material handling; management experience preferred
• Firm and excellent in interpersonal skills
• Objective oriented with excellent time management
• Have a critical sense of goods movement
