Job Description

General requirement:

·Graduated from minimum 3 Year Diploma in Hospitality (Professional Cookery) or equivalent

·HACCP Food Safety Certified

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position in 5 stars Hotel back ground

Area of expertize:

·Expert knowledge of culinary and stewarding standards and Operating Procedures

·Knowledge of the Kitchen Administration Requirements (Budgeting, Food Cost, etc.)

·Excellent Culinary Skills and up to date with the latest cooking and presentation trends\Creative and out of the box thinking – Mandatory

Qualifications / Skill:

·Strong communication skills, both English & Bahasa (Oral & written)

·Computer literate (Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)

·Food Safety Management Systems and Food Safety HACCP Standard

·Ability to communicate with the clientele
