We represent our client, which is an IT solution provider with competencies in IT infrastructure, application development, and IT security.

:

• Install and configure server and storage products
• System Management for Server and Storage (Dell OME, SCG, iCloud, SRM, etc.): Topology design, Installation, Configuration and Discovery, and Troubleshooting.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance: Data and Log collection and analysis, System health checking, Applying or upgrading necessary Firmware or OS Patch, Recommendation to prevent potential hardware failures or other hardware issues, and Documentation and reporting on each Preventive Maintenance activity.
• Perform Corrective Maintenance: 24 x 7 support (on shift basis), Data and Log collection and analysis, Troubleshooting, Escalating to level-2 support, Applying proposed solution, and Documentation and reporting on each incident.
• Transfer knowledge for daily operation & maintenance
• Hardware testing and verification: Capture equipment statistic and configuration report, Perform network verification tests (ping, traceroute), Perform storage verification test (SAN Health), Test basic product failover capability (PSU), Verify configuration align with the design, Perform initial health check, and Project documentation.
• Designing and deploying Servers and Storage, including: Requirement gathering, Solution architecting, Capacity planning, and Integration designing.
• OS Installation: OS Installation for ESXi, Windows Server and RHEL; Patching; and Hostname configuration.
• Willing to travel and work outside Jabodetabek region, i.e: Surabaya

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experiences in VMWare ESXi and VCenteris required
• Knowledge and experiences in designing and solutioning for Enterprise Server and Storage, especially Dell Server and Storage products
• Knowledge and experiences in Windows Server 2016 or lateris required
• Knowledge and experiences in Backup Management Toolsis required
• Hardware and OS troubleshooting prowess. Ability to critically analyze a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including Server, Storage and Network devices
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including create an activity report for Server installation or maintenance
• Knowledge and experiences in system monitoring tools, especially Dell OME, SCG, iCLoud, SRM,etc. is required
• Networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP as well as the ability to crimp CAT5e
• Knowledge on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x or later is an advantage
• Any certifications on Dell Server and Storage products are advantages
• Knowledge and hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and part replacing for Intel-based Servers and Storage products, especially Dell Server and Storage products.
• Ability to seek solutions to problems using one’s own resource
• Knowledge in Block, Object, File Storage is a must
• Proven working experience in Intel-based Servers and Storagedesign, deployment and maintenance for at least 2 years
• Positive attitude, eager to take responsibility for work and shows initiative
• Knowledge and experiences on hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
