Responsibilities:
- Enable sales teams and customers through technical and product training.
- Conduct market analysis to develop an Indonesian market map, encompassing customer information, market environment and size, and key technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong technical customer relationships.
- Accountable for promoting and providing sales support for SSP (server and storage) products in Indonesia, in alignment with the company's market development strategies, policies, and plans, while achieving sales objectives.
- Manage pre-sales bidding tasks, such as technical proposals, technical SOC, and BOM tables.
- Handle SSP product technical negotiations and consultations, promoting SSP products and solutions, including the preparation of pre-sales solution presentations and BOMs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Demonstrates excellent self-learning capabilities.
- 3+ years of industry experience working with SSP products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Indonesian SSP industry, with a track record of successful SSP project execution in government and enterprise sectors.
- Experience in directly handle with end user, especially top tier bank such as BCA, Mandiri, and BNI.
- Proficient in mainstream SSP solutions and marketing techniques.
- Strong understanding and logical communication skills (fluent English, outstanding writing and presentation abilities).
