Primary Objective

• To ensure all Process safety deliverables are carried out within established budgets and schedules
• Min bachelor’s degree of Chemical Engineering/ Other relevant Engineering
• Must have demonstrable experiences with developing Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering Deliverables related to Firewater Demand Calculations, PFD and P & IDs, Fire and Gas Detection Assessment, Fire and Gas Detector Placement Drawings, and Hazardous Area Classification.
• Have experiences of performing the firefighting system design
• Must have proven exposure and hand on experience in participating / performing third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL Classifications.
• Have experiences of performing Hazardous Area Classification schedule and layout
• Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards (NFPA, IP/EI, OSHA guidelines, etc) and local regulations related to process safety and loss prevention.
• Min 10 years in experience having worked in Consultant or EPC company for oil & gas projects
• To develop and maintain a quality of Process Safety and Loss Prevention deliverables
• To ensure all process safety and loss prevention work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards
• Have capabilities to develop safety related philosophy, firewater PFD and PID.
