About The Opportunity

Immer (SkilledUp Life Company Partner) is seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to volunteer their skills and contribute to the development of the Immer platform. As a volunteer on our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of our immersive entertainment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report project progress, using Agile metrics and tools.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and follows the defined processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, fostering Agile principles and practices.
• Remove any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team’s progress.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Passion for immersive entertainment and a desire to contribute to its growth.
• Fluent inEnglish both orally and verbally
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
