About Our Client
We are currently representing one of the largest diversified business owners in Indonesia and they are looking to expand their footprints in the Real Estate development sector.

• Prepare detailed reports and designs that comprehensively outline the area's planning strategies.
• Undertake comprehensive feasibility studies to evaluate the practicality and viability of the proposed area development. Your expertise in assessing economic, environmental, and logistical factors will guide informed decision-making.
• Conceptualizing and envisioning the establishment of an innovative commercial district. Your creativity and forward-thinking approach will play a crucial role in defining the district's identity, purpose, and potential.
• Leverage urban planning acumen to create a masterplan design that harmoniously integrates various elements such as architecture, infrastructure, public spaces, and green areas. Your design will serve as a blueprint for a cohesive and well-functioning district.
• Conduct thorough research, meticulously map out the area, and perform in-depth analysis to gauge the possibilities for new area development. Those insights will inform critical decisions that influence the district's design and functionality.
• Establish and nurture active communication channels with all relevant stakeholders, including local authorities, community representatives, developers, and potential users.
• Develop project-specific Terms of Reference (TOR) and Cost Estimates (RAB) that lay the groundwork for the district's development.

The Successful Applicant

• Possess knowledge and understanding of building components, typologies, and their relationship with public spaces and urban infrastructure.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in master planning for commercial and residential areas.
• Willingness to undertake regular business trips
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and MS Office.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning / Architecture.
• Experienced in conducting surveys and analyzing locations required for new area designs.
