About the role as Web Developer - This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and take charge of the role of a Web Developer. Locates and fixes inconsistencies through exercise of knowledge in different web browsers and their capabilities in terms of rendering CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Generates user interfaces using knowledge of complex CSS layout. You will play a crucial role on our website on a daily basis.

What can you offer us?

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development and implement them when appropriate.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, following best practices for web development.
• Optimize website performance, including page load speed, server response time, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement custom themes and plugins, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs.
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WordPress sites with external systems and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

What do you need to succeed in the above role?

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design principles.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development, and integration with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of web security best practices and techniques.
• Proven experience as a Full Web Stack WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio of WordPress-based websites.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Great to Have

• Minimum experience of 3 years in this role
