Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plans Quarterly / monthly / weekly sales and coverage targets.
  • Identifies channel opportunities and takes initiative to drive growth.
  • Ensures stock adequacy for monthly promotions and new launches by proper sales forecasting.
  • Market intelligence. Provides market insight- information and competitor activity.
  • Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes.
  • Responsible for offline business growth and sales achievement particularly from general trade and modern trade channel.
  • Responsible for conducting due diligence for potential distribution partner.
  • Ensure the selling out target can be achieved.


Qualification:

  • Strong leadership capabilities & people management.
  • Proficient in english is a plus
  • Willing to work with high mobility
  • Poses at least a bachelor degree from any major
  • Have a Strong drive to get the job done attitude
  • Having a good communication and negotiation skills
  • Having at least 3-6 years of experience in sales/commercial (preferably in FMCG industry)
