Job Description

EDGE DC (Indonet's subsidiary Company) is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team as Sales Operations Associate.


As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales & marketing team by providing efficient administrative assistance and maintaining a well-organized sales process. This position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our sales operations and contribute to our company's growth and success.


Role Responsibilities:


1. Customers

๐Ÿ”น Support selling administrative activities such as answering inquiries, arranging customer meetings/events and preparing presentation materials.

๐Ÿ”น Assists with New Customer set up (e.g. follows up with customer on required documents and missing information).


2. Prospect to Bill Process

๐Ÿ”น Act as the first line of support for the Sales team on CRM, order process, and system inquiries.

๐Ÿ”น Communicate process and system improvements and enhancements to the Sales team.

๐Ÿ”น Ensure sales orders are booked as per company policies.

๐Ÿ”น Maintain the database for signed sales orders and customer contracts.

๐Ÿ”น Follow up with quotation approval, sign contracts, Customer PO and billing inquiries.

๐Ÿ”น Support any renewal contracts and terminations.


3. Reporting

๐Ÿ”น Assist with collecting and validating sales data for management reporting and preparing presentation materials.


Qualifications:

๐Ÿ”น Bachelor's degree in any major.

๐Ÿ”น 2 to 3 years experience working in sales excellence, operation, or business program role.

๐Ÿ”น Fluency in English.

๐Ÿ”น Experience analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations (advanced Excel skills).

๐Ÿ”น Having experience in CRM software will be preferable.

๐Ÿ”น Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

๐Ÿ”น Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.

๐Ÿ”น Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
