Ip-Es Project Specialist, Operations

Main Duties / Key job task in-charged:

Main Duties

• Prepares requested Key Performance Indicators reports.
• Alignment with relevant department such Operations and Finance
• Prepares, with BD and/or Network the Standard Operations Procedures per Traffic.
• Reply/Receives/provide Green Light from/to Network.
• Road survey, supervision of operations for all special cargo (industrial project)
• Receive the pre-alerts from Network, or Shipping Instructions from the Customers for the specific traffics.
• Follow-up each shipment with Network, Local Operations and Customers.
• In charge of specific accounts (Customers), for all kind of traffics (Air, Sea, Import, Export).
• Daily follow up and monitoring of upcoming and current project
• Prepares and dispatch to Operations the invoicing instructions (shipment information sheet) and the documentation, for each shipment.
• Check that documentation is complete and correct (including invoices from network).
• Receives from BD, Selling, Buying and instructions on Traffic basis (Traffic Information Sheets).

HSE

• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
