Job Description

Business Associate

Roles:

  • Work closely with the CEO and support various business units and functions
  • Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed
  • Define, monitor and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analysis that leads to actionable insights for continuous improvement, follow up initiatives across projects across entities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University with min. GPA 3.5
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Min. 1 year of experience as Business Analyst, Business Operations, or other relevant position
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must have good proficiency in Excel and PPT
