We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Retail Business Banking Relationship Manager Balikpapan.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up the given leads with responsibility.
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
• Managing risk with the ability to conduct credit risk assessments.
• Maintain existing customers by fostering good relationships.
• Acquiring quality new customers.
• Provide the best service to customers.
• Maintain QA (Quality Assurance) during the process of funding and lending accounts.
• Managing good asset growth.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Understand and implement regulations and guidelines related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Have minimum 2 years experience as RM Lending.
• Maintain the level of operational integrity demanded by the company.
