Job Description

s:

  1. Represent owner in the restaurant business
  2. Coordinate the Front of the House operations
  3. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  4. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  5. Supervise shifts and schedules
  6. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  7. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  8. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  9. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  10. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  11. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations


Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor Degree in hospitality or related fields
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry
  3. Minimum of 3 years of management role in a prominent F&B group establishment (Boga, Ismaya, Hiro, Etc)
  4. Knowledge and skills relating with ESB (POS and ERP software) is favourable
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  6. Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  7. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  8. Good presentation and influencing skills
  9. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
  10. Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
  11. Self-motivated and energetic
