- Represent owner in the restaurant business
- Coordinate the Front of the House operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Supervise shifts and schedules
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in hospitality or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry
- Minimum of 3 years of management role in a prominent F&B group establishment (Boga, Ismaya, Hiro, Etc)
- Knowledge and skills relating with ESB (POS and ERP software) is favourable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
