We are seeking to add a Pure Storage FlashBlade Resident Engineer to our program. You will be responsible for optimizing configuration, guide operations management practices, mentor staff, and provide skills and knowledge transfer once the migration is complete. You will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to our clients, ensuring their storage needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your extensive knowledge and experience in Pure Storage will be crucial in delivering exceptional solutions and driving customer success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting FlashBlade troubleshooting activities within file and object environments.
• Ability to work in large scale enterprise environments with large FlashBlade footprints.
• Experience with Pure FlashBlade Replication and Snapshots.
• Technical history that includes Pure1 for monitoring, alerting, reporting, sizing, and simulations.
• A history performing with Pure FlashBlade, especially in migrations off of legacy storage over to Pure Storage. FlashBlade architecture experience highly desired.
• Prior experience working with Pure Support on FlashBlade activities like new array installs, code upgrades, blade adds, array evacuations, and break fix activities.
• Ability to work on the FlashBlade GUI and CLI.
