About Our Client
Our client is one of the top banking companies globally. Currently they are looking for a Relationship Manager (Priority). This position will be stationed at Semarang office and responsible to assist clients and customers with their investments and financial planning.

  • Conducting the sales and services activities to the clients by meeting the appropriate parameters set by the Bank
  • To meet the standards for revenue and profit by creating efficient relationship management with the priority clients
  • By meeting the standards of excellence in service by doing thorough analysis and meeting high satisfaction standards for the client's personal finance and investment products
  • Building and deepening relationship with existing clients
  • Regular check-up with the clients
  • Maintaining high level of quality service to the priority customer by having good attitude and be the first point of contact when the customer has any needs or issues to be resolved
  • By cross-selling and up-selling wealth products that are offered by the Bank
The Successful Applicant
  • Must be able to have proven track records in high level of portfolio handled and achievable target revenue
  • English is a plus point
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in any field from local/overseas reputable universities
  • Willing to be located in Semarang
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience as Priority Relationship Managers
  • Must have WPPE, WAPERD
