Purchasing / Procurement / Sourcing Supervisor

The role of Purchasing / Procurement / Sourcing team is to ensure optimal level of inventory. This include forecasting inventory level, opening Purchase Order (PO) and building relationship with suppliers in the proper ways.

You will be working closely with the Commercial team to optimize pricing, and also with the Operation team to ensure accuracy of stock and manage expiration date of inventory.

• Implement end-to-end policies, procedures and tools to establish effective direct and indirect Procurement function.

• Build business relationships and own the procurement relationship with the relevant stakeholders within the country and the related supplier base.

• Lead and drive the creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards and guidelines.

• Lead supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners and negotiate contracts up to final authorization including dispute resolution, approving and qualifying vendors as well as authorization of contracts and purchase orders.

• Perform cost and scenario analysis, including bench-marking

Requirement:

• Big curiosity and strong desire to learn with bias for action
• Qualifications in Operations, Supply-Chain background or Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, Accounting
• Strong negotiation skills.
• High integrity
• Proficient in excel and google suites
