About Our Client
My client is a major end-to-end palm oil plantation player that has years of proven track record within the industry. As part of their continuous growth and expansion, they are looking to hire President Director that drive the company's function and makes the mission vision come true.

• Report directly to the C-level executives and the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on operational and financial performance, key initiatives, and strategic plans.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing organisation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, local communities, customers, and suppliers.
• Placement in Sumatra
• Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the overall performance and growth of the company's palm oil plantation operations in Sumatra.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize productivity, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Oversee the implementation of sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

• In-depth knowledge of palm oil plantation operations, including cultivation, processing, and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as President Director or CEO, within the palm oil industry or a related field.
• Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to develop and execute long-term business plans.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully driving growth and profitability.
• Sound understanding of sustainability practices and familiarity with environmental and social compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.
