Job Description

Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in personalised administrative duties?One of Bali’s pioneering Property Development companies is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Project Managerto join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is responsiblefor coordinating projects, taking on administrative duties and independently managing some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirement :

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Open for local Candidates.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities :

  • Perform other duties as assigned by executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives and team members.
  • Manage the schedules and calendars of executives, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly scheduled and organised.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executives and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Manage and prioritise project tasks, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are completed within budget.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
