Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder
:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to join Klei Studio, a scents workshop education located in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops, including logistics, materials preparation, and participant coordination.
- Perform general office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming calls, and managing filing systems.
- Help with the coordination of meetings and events, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and responding to inquiries.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work from our office located in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
Contract and Work Schedule:
- The position is a part-time contract. (3 days/week).
- A flexible work schedule may be required based on business needs.
