Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Marketing for Personal care products. They are a leading brand in the industry, committed to enhancing the well-being of mothers and babies throught Indonesia. As the VP Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image, expanding market reach, and driving our growth trajectory to new heights.

• Results-driven and customer-focused mindset to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
• Background in personal care or related industries, ideally with experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in brand management, with a successful track record in leading and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed business decisions.
• Extensive exposure to sales, preferably in the ecommerce or retail industry, with a focus on baby products.

The Successful Applicant

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and marketing analytics to make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign planning and execution, driving significant business growth and brand recognition.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within tpersonal care industry or related consumer goods sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
