Performance Marketing Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Creating performance reports and presenting data-driven insights and deriving direct actions and recommendations from it (For Example CRO)
• Executing Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ad manager)
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize online marketing campaigns of our brands on a day-to-day basis
• Supporting with keyword research
• Strategizing with our Head of Marketing on best strategies to grow profitably
• Working with the commercial team on product launches, campaigns and day-to-day business

Qualifications:

• Passionate about numbers, online marketing and our products
• Experience with Facebook Business manager and or Google Adwords, Google Ads Management and Continuous Optimization, Google Tag Manager set up and complete Tracking optimization
• Experience with Google Hotel Ads is a plus
• Understands audiences, tracking and conversion setup across channels
• First major professional achievement in your previous role or university
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media
• Technical SEO knowledge is a plus
• Further plus, if you have experience with Amazon and Shopee ads
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field
• Capability to edit and improve a website usingWordpress CMS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data sets and numbers very well, is able to interpret and act on them
• The grit to see things through, try new things, don't stop when something doesn't go as planned and finds a way to success
