What we're looking for

Tokotype is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our studio's services, enhancing our brand presence, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Reponsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to launch new services or special promotions.
• Manage and maintain the studio's online presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online directories.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and typography to provide valuable insights and creative input.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase the studio's work and network with potential clients and partners.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and engaging potential clients, including graphic design agencies, marketing firms, and other relevant industry contacts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for repeat business.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and generate leads.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including website, social media platforms, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Knowledge of typography and design trends is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our product and services.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the creative industry or tech industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Preferred Female Position.
• Full-time role start with three month trial / probation period.
• You will be working 5 days per week (Monday-Friday starts from 10:00 AM to 6 PM).
• Preferred Bandung Resident or willing to stay in Bandung during the work period.
