Position: Performance Marketer

:

As a Performance Marketer at Mierakigai, you will play a pivotal role in executing successful marketing campaigns and driving sustainable business growth for our clients. You will be responsible for managing various digital advertising platforms, including TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads on Shopee and Tokopedia, and Facebook Ads. A fundamental understanding of digital marketing is essential, and you should have at least one year of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation in our campaigns.
• Conduct data analysis and performance tracking to optimize campaign performance and deliver tangible results.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on TikTok, Google, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Facebook platforms.
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in running campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Facebook Ads.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges.
• Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
