Job Description

eDOT is part of the Nabati Group. eDOT it self is here to provide a Digital innovation that meets all your needs, from buying and selling daily needs, ordering food delivery, delivery services and vehicle rental, as well a fun & entertaining chat platform for each user. eDOT comes in forms Mobile Apps and Websites.


Responsibilities

  • Gather HR data from various sources.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards that visualize key HR metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics, data management, and technology.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR information.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend changes and enhancements.
  • Create compelling visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
