Peer Counselor (Volunteer) Jobs

IMPORTANT: This is a part-time, volunteering & unpaid position.

Hello!

We are looking for a new batch of Handlers to join our mission to provide a safe space for Indonesian youths to talk and share about their mental health or wellbeing struggles as we have done so since 2016.

Handlers are what we call our peer counselors who are trained by our Lead Psychologist to handle basic mental health issues and provide first-aid to users who need it.

The requirements for this role are:

1. Candidates are of sound mind.
2. Minimum 18 years old and pursuing a university degree. Active students (minimum Diploma) and working professionals are accepted to apply.
3. Active students or graduates from psychology & social sciences fields are encouraged to apply.
4. Have a passion towards helping others.
5. Good language and communications skills. Fluency in multiple language other than Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
6. Good mastery of digital technology. Experience in using LINE Official Account or any other web chat platform is a bonus.
