Job Qualifications

Required:

• Have medical knowledge (Diagnostic & Prognostic)
• Experience min 2 years as corporate wellness program to implement and monitor wellness program
• Bachelor's Degree of Medicine with medical degree
• Have conceptual thinking, analytical thinking, presentation & negotiation skill

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Implement and monitoring wellness program
• Improve health awareness level to employee benefit participant
• Provide recommendations on activity and resource prioritization for channel development, and influence the design and implementation of standards and programs / campaigns to support business improvement / growth.
• Making corporate wellness program
