Job Description

  1. Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology from reputable University
  2. Having minimum 3 years of working experience in HR – OD section, preferably from F&B Restaurant
  3. Have experience in handle employee training arrangement (from preparation, implementation, accountability and analysis), drafting Company policy and procedure, manage Management Trainee and internship program, handle Employee Engagement program
  4. Having good communication, computer and public speaking skills
  5. Placement in Head Office (Icon Sampora, BSD Serpong, Tangerang)
