Hr Organizational Development Staff

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for completing work related to organizational development programs and corporate HR. To achieve the Company's needs for work expected by the Company's Management.

s:

• Implement organizational effectiveness interventions
• Conduct Job Analysis
• Administer KPIs
• Recommend training and development systems
• Develop & implement the Competency Model
• Conduct Job Evaluation
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Facilitate Performance Appraisal
• Create competency models
• Determine organizational needs
• Develop Organization Culture
• Evaluation Training Program and its Implementation
• Felicitate and Conduct in-house Training
• Develop HR policy to support Business Processes
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative and being proactive.
• Managing complex customer relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) or office of strategic management (OSM)
• Graduated with Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art organization development, design, methodologies, and tools.
