Operational Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate is an operational team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from logistic, strategy to marketing. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend product enhancements or modifications.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of product training programs for internal staff, partners, and customers. Ensure training materials are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with product capabilities and market positioning.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials, such as product guides, training resources, and competitive analysis. Support sales efforts by providing product expertise, participating in customer meetings, and addressing technical inquiries.
• Manage a team of professionals responsible for the operational aspects of the product, including logistic, installation, training, and after-sales support. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to define and execute product testing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer support and technical services, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions, tailored to the audience's needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Having experienced for minimum 3 years in operational
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Having experienced in managing groups of products
• Strong academic, quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills
• 3-5 years working experience is prefereable
