Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having minimum 3 years of working experiences as Operational Managerin Food and Beverage company.

:

  • Responsible for inventory in the store
  • Responsible for monthly reports to BOD & accustomed to presentations
  • Customer-oriented & operational excellence
  • Responsible for costs in the store or store operations
  • Responsible for the operational system & procedures in theshop
  • Responsible for store operations (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Able to analyze costs & problems that arise in the store
  • Manage jobs in stores such as cashiers, store employees, baristas (if any), etc
  • Able to make store operational planning & strategies to achieve targets
